The Fine Print
Service range: We provide services within a 20-mile radius of the Greater Jacksonville area. Events outside this radius will incur a charge of $2 per mile.
Deposit Policy: A 30% deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance of the booking cost is due 14 days prior to the event service date. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 14 days prior to event date. The cancellation will be effective once we acknowledge receipt of your request. More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of any deposits or payments made. Less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is not included in the listed price and will be added at checkout based on applicable rates.
